How do I apply for an apartment at Realm?
To apply, visit the Floorplans page, select your desired unit, and click "Apply Now." Each applicant over 18 must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 per person is required.
How do you upload documents during the application process?
After submitting your application, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your income documents through Collins on Pine's third-party verification partner, Vero.
How long does the approval process take?
Typically, you'll receive a decision within 24-48 hours after submitting your application and payment.
When is rent due, and are there late fees?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There's a grace period through the 6th, with late fees starting on the 7th.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 12-16 month lease terms based on availability.

What is Realms's pet policy?
Realm at Menlo Park welcomes up to two pets per apartment. Pet rent is $50 (per pet) and a one-time pet deposit of $300. We have breed restrictions on dogs and utilize a pet screening process for the well-being of your community. For more details, please contact the leasing office.

What parking options are available, and what are the costs?
Realm offers gated residence parking, subject to availability. EV charging stations, motorcycle, and bike parking are also available.
Is the community accessible via public transportation?
Yes, downtown Menlo Park is a 12-minute walk. The station is 10. Meta is one bike ride, Stanford one shuttle, San Francisco one train. See your commute time on our location page.
